One bedroom apartment walking distance to SAIC and UIC (Looking for roommate)

I am a female artist and curator (School of the Art Institute of Chicago, MFA 2015) currently living in a one bedroom apartment. I'm looking for a female roommate to occupy the bedroom (I'm in the living room). Walking distance or one bus/train ride to SAIC and UIC. The apartment is on the 35th floor with a beautiful, panoramic view of the west loop. Whole Foods is across the street, a few minute walk to H-MART. Across the street from Union Station and Ogilvie Station (one Metra ride to Evanston). I've been living in the area for the past seven years and it's very safe. I'm an easy-going person and I spend most of my time working in my studio and traveling for exhibitions (so I'm out of the apartment a lot). I don't cook so whoever shares the apartment with me can have full use of the kitchen. The rent for one person is about $1050 per month. 12 month lease preferred but can be flexible. The room is available to move in now.
